What documentation do I need?
Every vendor fills out a W9 and provides either proof of workers' compensation insurance or a waiver from the state.
What types of vendors do you work with?
We're always looking for general labor, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, carpenters, lawn care and framing.
What happens after I apply?
We'll add you to our vendor list and call you when we need a bid on a job. You'll also get an invitation to Property Meld, our maintenance platform.
