Meet Our Team

Katie and her husband Clay incorporated Freedom Investment Group in 2017 and have been committed to providing Freedom In Housing.  As President and CEO, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as an investor and leader in the community and cares deeply for the success of all of the individuals they work with and serve. 

Clay serves as Vice President and Chief Impact Officer.  With decades of international experience in organizational development and customer service, Clay elevates the entire team to create a culture where service and excellence reign.

 Sabrina is a Michigan native and decided to move to Knoxville the fall of 2021 for a fresh new start. For nearly 7 years she has worked in administration and has loved it. She is very excited to begin her time here with Freedom Investment Group! On her time off you can find her at the local coffee shops enjoying a lavender oat latte or at Trader Joe’s buying another plant.   

    Madeline has grown up in the Knoxville area with her parents, Katie and Clay Linkous. She has seen Freedom Investment Group grow from its beginnings in 2017, and is excited to be a part of its story today! She will be finishing her Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership this July (2022) and is excited to learn even more in a hands-on environment. She enjoys baking, shopping at farmers' markets, and traveling with her husband Chris Vinson in her free time. 

 Rivkah recently moved to TN after choosing to become a part of the FIG team in November 2021. Since joining, she has grown in areas of communication and teamwork and has found a second family with Freedom Investment Group. She is excited and thankful to be a part of a business that cultivates a culture of integrity, serving others, and the opportunity and ability to always learn and be better. 

  Julia was born in Johnson City but has grown up in Knoxville for most of her life. She is currently in her sophomore year of college, working on her bachelors degree in business administration. Julia loves to travel and experience different cultures, and is working to be fluent in the spanish language. She has seen Freedom Investment Group grow from day one and is very excited for what the future may hold! 

Angie considers Tennessee her home, however she has lived in several different countries over the years.  She spent 7 years in Honduras building a community center and establishing a feeding program to help kids in need.
In 2020 Angie returned to Tennessee and has been working in interior design ever since. 
She is excited to incorporate these skills into her new position as Airbnb Manager at Freedom Investment Group!
In her free time she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her 5 adventurous kids!

Christopher Vinson has grown up in the Knoxville area and lives with his wife, Madeline, in Lenoir City. He is currently going to school at Roane State Community College to finish an Associates Degree in Business Administration. He is eager to be working in project management and as part of the maintenance team. Chris desires to always add value to others and the community he serves.

 Arlene was born in Miami to Cuban immigrant parents and has spent her adult life in Knoxville.  She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with an undergraduate and graduate degree in business.  Through the example of her parents, Arlene has that learned that dedication, hard work and giving back can get you ahead.  Arlene has a passion for cooking and takes any opportunity to entertain and show others love through her food and hospitality.  

   Jack grew up in Jefferson County and currently resides in Knoxville.  He has two daughters and is very proud of them. Previously, Jack has worked in Log Home manufacturing, Building supplies, and Transportation. He credits his Dad for teaching him how to fix things and troubleshoot anything. He loves music and has been a part-time DJ for more than 10 years and effectively keeps the party going.  

Bill is native to Chicago Illinois and has called the Knoxville area home for almost 20 years. Bill has seven children with one still in high school. He adores his eight (soon to be nine) grandchildren.  He is fiercely loyal to his friends and family. Bill’s career has included mechanic, press operator, and HVAC jobs before this maintenance position.  In his free time, Bill enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing darts/pool, and conversation with friends with a cup of black coffee in his hand. 

Drew calls Lenoir City his home where he lives with his wife, Monica, and daughter. He started working with Freedom Investment Group in October 2022. He has previous experience in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. In his time off he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He’s excited to grow with this team and to help enrich our community’s lives.
