Meet Our Team

Kayla lives in Knoxville with her husband, Dustin, and their full house of five fur babies! She moved to Knoxville from Colorado and enjoys the mountains of Tennessee without the cold of Colorado. She is an artist in her free time, and enjoys painting, creating for others, and occasionally teaching others how to explore art. She's excited to be with FIG Property Management and helping the team run smoothly on the day to day! She is always thinking a few months ahead!

Cassidy was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and has been part of the FIG team since 2022. She recently earned her Bachelor’s Degree in History and loves learning about people and stories from the past, something that translates naturally into her work in property management and building relationships with others. At FIG, she serves as a trusted resource for property owners, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident in their investments. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her two cats, Maren and Martha, and her puppy, Mae, who keep her entertained and on her toes. 

Elijah was born and raised right here in Knoxville, TN. After graduating from high school, he got even more involved with FIG and now leads our Resident Experience as the Senior Resident Specialist. In 2025, he earned his Real Estate license, expanding his role to include assisting residents with leasing and applications. Outside of work, Elijah enjoys spending time on the golf course, hunting, serving at church, cheering on the Volunteers, and enjoying time with family.

Johann currently serves as our Assistant Resident Specialist and is a wonderful asset to our team! He is fluent in Spanish and is known for being dependable, kind, and easy to work with. Johann enjoys spending his free time with his wife and has a strong passion for playing soccer competitively. His teamwork on the field and positive attitude carry over into everything he does at FIG!

As a natural people person, Dustin thrives on building relationships and connecting with others. In his role as Business Development Manager, he is passionate about creating new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and helping others discover what makes FIG Property Management special. He enjoys meeting new people, learning their stories, and finding ways to create win-win solutions.

Dustin is excited to be part of the FIG team and looks forward to contributing to the company's continued growth. He is energized by the vision for the future and can't wait to help expand FIG's reach while building lasting relationships throughout the communities we serve.

Karel is a dedicated wife, proud mom, and experienced accountant who brings both precision and heart to everything she does. She has a talent for balancing the details while never losing sight of the bigger picture, making her a trusted and valued member of any team.

Outside of work, Karel enjoys exploring great restaurants, discovering new favorite dishes, and spending quality time with her family. One of her favorite ways to recharge is taking peaceful sunrise walks along the beach!
