Meet Our Team

Kayla lives in Knoxville with her husband, Dustin, and their full house of five fur babies! She moved to Knoxville from Colorado and enjoys the mountains of Tennessee without the cold of Colorado. She is an artist in her free time, and enjoys painting, creating for others, and occasionally teaching others how to explore art. She's excited to be with FIG Property Management and helping the team run smoothly on the day to day! She is always thinking a few months ahead!

Cassidy was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and has been part of the Freedom Investment Group team since 2022. She recently completed her Bachelor’s Degree in History! While she isn’t exactly sure how she’ll use her degree yet, she loves learning about people and stories from the past: something that translates well into her work in property management today.

As part of the FIG team, Cassidy enjoys serving as a primary contact and trusted advisor for property owners, helping them stay informed and confident about their investments. She finds fulfillment in building meaningful relationships and ensuring each client feels heard, valued, and supported.

Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her pets, her two cats, Maren and Martha, and her puppy, Mae, who keep her entertained and on her toes. She also loves relaxing at home, exploring Knoxville’s local spots, and spending time with friends and family.

Elijah was born and raised right here in Knoxville, TN. After graduating from high school, he got even more involved with FIG and now leads our Resident Experience as the Senior Resident Specialist. In 2025, he earned his Real Estate license, expanding his role to include assisting residents with leasing and applications. Outside of work, Elijah enjoys spending time on the golf course, hunting, serving at church, cheering on the Volunteers, and enjoying time with family.

Johann currently serves as our Assistant Resident Specialist and is a wonderful asset to our team! He is fluent in Spanish and is known for being dependable, kind, and easy to work with. Johann enjoys spending his free time with his wife and has a strong passion for playing soccer competitively. His teamwork on the field and positive attitude carry over into everything he does at FIG!

Drew is a newer addition to the Knoxville area, having moved from Texas at the start of 2025.  He loves the hills and nature of Eastern Tennessee, and enjoys the short summers.  He's a big fan of road trips and experiencing new and novel places.  Having worked in property management and real estate for over 10 years, helping people have a place to call home is important to him, which is one of many reasons he's excited to be part of the FIG team!

 Arlene was born in Miami to Cuban immigrant parents and has spent her adult life in Knoxville.  She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with an undergraduate and graduate degree in business.  Through the example of her parents, Arlene has that learned that dedication, hard work and giving back can get you ahead.  Arlene has a passion for cooking and takes any opportunity to entertain and show others love through her food and hospitality.
