Meet Our Team

Kayla lives in Knoxville with her husband, Dustin, and their full house of five fur babies! She recently moved to Knoxville from Colorado and enjoys the mountains of Tennessee without the cold of Colorado. She is an artist in her free time, and enjoys painting, creating for others, and occasionally teaching others how to explore art. She's excited to be with FIG Property Management and enjoys helping people and making them smile. She values teamwork, dedication, and excellent communication between the staff and tenants.

Cassidy is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. She’s currently a full-time student pursuing a Bachelors Degree in History. She started with Freedom Investment Group in 2022 and loves being surrounded by positive, uplifting co-workers. In her free time, Cassidy enjoys playing with her cats.

Christopher Vinson has grown up in the Knoxville area and lives with his wife, Madeline, in Lenoir City. Chris enjoys outside activities and traveling.

He enjoys being our leasing specialist and taking on the responsibility of processing our applications and marketing our properties. Chris desires to always add value to others and the community he serves.

Kirk, a seasoned Spanish bilingual customer service rep from the Philippines with a decade of experience, has also been involved in the real estate industry for 2 years.. He enjoys classical music and traveling, bringing cultural richness to his journey from the Philippines to customer service and real estate.

Elijah was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. He attended the Christian Academy of Knoxville for high school but finished his senior year online to explore real estate investing and business development. Elijah loves his role as our Business Development Manager because of the opportunity it provides to meet people and learn their stories. In his free time, you will find him by the pool or playing golf. He is currently working to get his Real Estate License and is eager to see FIG grow!

   Jack grew up in Jefferson County and currently resides in Knoxville.  He has two daughters and is very proud of them. Previously, Jack has worked in Log Home manufacturing, Building supplies, and Transportation. He credits his Dad for teaching him how to fix things and troubleshoot anything. He loves music and has been a part-time DJ for more than 10 years and effectively keeps the party going.  

John grew up in Rockwood Tennessee.   His construction company, "John’s Handyman," has been working with Fig since 2018 and John became an employee in 2022. He likes fishing and hunting in his free time, as well as going for a ride on his four-wheeler!

Drew calls Lenoir City his home where he lives with his wife, Monica, and daughter. He started working with Freedom Investment Group in October 2022. He has previous experience in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. In his time off he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He’s excited to grow with this team and to help enrich our community’s lives.

Bill is native to Chicago Illinois and has called the Knoxville area home for almost 20 years. Bill has seven children with one still in high school. He adores his eight (soon to be nine) grandchildren.  He is fiercely loyal to his friends and family. Bill’s career has included mechanic, press operator, and HVAC jobs before this maintenance position.  In his free time, Bill enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing darts/pool, and conversation with friends with a cup of black coffee in his hand. 

 Arlene was born in Miami to Cuban immigrant parents and has spent her adult life in Knoxville.  She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with an undergraduate and graduate degree in business.  Through the example of her parents, Arlene has that learned that dedication, hard work and giving back can get you ahead.  Arlene has a passion for cooking and takes any opportunity to entertain and show others love through her food and hospitality.
